Description: We go by train from Ibarra to Salinas, where a dance group gives us a presentation of their art. After lunch and a visit to the local Salt Museum, we will go with private transportation to an organic farm in Corazon de Guadual to learn about different crops of the area. From there we travel to our accommodation in Chachimbiro, where we have some free time to enjoy the natural hot springs. The following day (2) we will head to the El Ángel Ecological Reserve and hike to Lake El Voladero (1-2 hours), enjoying the spectacular scenery, vegetation and wildlife of the area. We continue our tour with a visit to a masks workshop and then head back to Chachimbiro to enjoy the hot springs for a second time. Well relaxed we return the following day (3) in our private tranportation, with a short stopover at Lake Yahuarcocha near Ibarra.
